Tour-Grade Repairs You Can Trust
Trusted by touring artists, production teams and manufacturers worldwide to keep critical audio equipment performing reliably under real-world conditions.
The same engineering standards used in our own touring products are applied to every repair we carry out.
Clear diagnosis. Transparent estimates. No work without approval.
The Repair Process
Step 1: Send us a Repair Enquiry
Use our online form or contact us directly to log your repair. We’ll give you an RA reference number so your gear is tracked throughout the process.
Step 2: Send or Drop Off
Ship your equipment securely to us, or bring it to our Glasgow workshop. We’ll confirm when it arrives safely and get it booked into the repair queue.
Step 3: Professional Diagnosis
Our engineers carry out a full diagnostic assessment. You’ll then receive a clear outcome & estimate before we proceed:
Option A: Component Level Repair
Where possible, faults are resolved using component-level repair techniques to maintain originality, reliability and long-term serviceability.
Option B: Major Parts Required
If a fault requires a full circuit board assembly or costly components, we provide a clear quotation for approval before any work proceeds.
Option C: Technical Recommendation
In cases where repair is not the most sensible long-term solution, we provide honest technical guidance so you can make an informed decision.
No work proceeds without your approval.
Step 4: Repair & Return
Approved repairs are completed, fully tested under real-world conditions, and returned ready for stage or studio use. Most repairs are completed within a few working days of approval, subject to parts availability.
